When I’m not at my garage gym helping others transform their lives, you’ll probably find me on the pickleball court, spiking at the beach volleyball net, or sprinting with my dogs at the beach. In the winter, I’m carving down slopes on skis or a snowboard. For me, MOVEMENT IS LIFE—I thrive on it.
